Love finds a way to enter the world,
Like a bird on the wing piercing the air,
Soaring to great heights beyond skies,
Eventually circling, diving, its arrowhead,
Straight to the hearts and minds
Of unsuspecting ordinary people,
From here there can be no escape,
Pinned to the wall, bound and hog tied.
As innocence flies out the window,
And mind, body and soul run wild,
In flight with rainbow plumes,
And angels trumpeting on high.
All falling into fateful resignation,
To become a bird on the wing.
